Frequently Asked Questions for Party Designs

Home Parties:

• Set-Up: Set-up is included in all party packages.
• Pick-Up: Your party items will most likely be picked up within 1-2 days after your event. In rare instances, we may pick up party items on the same day. However, regardless of the pick-up day, it is the client’s responsibility to pack all linen and props and move all party furnishings (tables, chairs, etc.) to the garage for pick-up.

Venue Parties:

• Set-Up: Set-up is included in all party packages.
• Pick-Up: Venue parties are picked up the same day. After the event, it is the client’s responsibility to pack all linens and props for pick-up.

Upstairs Parties:

• We would only set up parties on upstairs levels if we are pre-informed at point of booking.
• An additional fee will be charged for all parties held upstairs of the venue or home.

Deposit:

• A non-refundable retainer of $100 or $175 (depending on the selected service) is required to reserve your event. This retainer is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Final Counts:

• Final RSVP headcounts for invoicing and preparation are due the 72hours prior to your event date.

Final Payment:

• Final Invoices are emailed the 72hours prior to your event. All invoices must be paid within 24 hours of receipt. We reserve the right to cancel any event if invoices are not paid on time. Please note: retainers are non-refundable if your event is canceled due to non-payment.

Pets:

• Pets must be removed from the party area prior to our arrival for set-up.

Cancellations and Refunds:

• If you need to cancel your party, deposits are non-refundable. However, we will do our best to work with you to reschedule your event (up to one time) if we are given 21 days' notice.

Balloon Disclaimer and Outdoor Set-Ups:

• We use only the best quality balloons; however, due to their fragile nature, we are not responsible for the condition of balloons after they have been handed over in good condition. This includes issues like:

  • Leakage
  • Burst balloons
  • Exposure to heat or cool temperatures
  • Outdoor elements (wind, sun, etc.)
  • Sharp objects or edges

• Outdoor Set-Ups: Some of the best celebrations are outdoors, and balloons can play a gorgeous part. However, unless the weather is completely calm and cool, balloons may be affected by wind and higher temperatures. As a result, we do not guarantee balloons for outdoor events due to potential damage from these conditions.
