Setup Requirements

Surface: Hard surface or grass.

Space Needed: 20ft L x 15ft W x 10ft H.

Balloons: Up to 3 color choices.

Outdoor Setup Fee: $50 (subject to 8.25% sales tax and delivery fee).

Access: 3ft wide, wheeled pathway from parking area to setup location.

Restrictions: No steps, columns, structures, or uneven surfaces.
Important Outdoor Setup Guidelines

SHADED AREA REQUIRED: Direct sunlight can damage the vinyl, making it unsafe. A fully shaded area (canopy tent, covered patio, or similar structure) is mandatory.

TEMPERATURE LIMITS: Outdoor setups are only allowed when temperatures range between 50 - 70°F.

WEATHER CONTINGENCIES:

Rain: A fully covered alternative space (garage or patio) must be available.

Wind: Setup will not proceed in winds exceeding 15 mph or during storms.

Grass: Must be dry, trimmed, and free of debris, pet waste, dirt, or gravel.
